Advanced Roofing installed a Pabco Premier 30-year roof on our Vancouver home in 2005, and it still looks great at the start of 2023. Regardless of the quality of the product, installation is the key and Advanced Roofing did an exceptional job with their clear high standards. We recently developed a leak behind the gutter in an atrium area, and when I called Burke he had Adam’s team out within two hours. They immediately identified the issue as some post flashing that needed to be resealed, which was done in fifteen minutes as a complimentary repair. This confirmed why we recently recommended Advanced Roofing to our daughter and son-in-law for a roof replacement in Ridgefield. Advanced Roofing is professional and prompt, and should be your first call.

Fransisco and his crew saved my house. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel, new sheetrock, etc…when my 35 year-old, 3 layered roof started leaking into the kitchen. The communication and organization from the beginning was outstanding. They worked me into their schedule quickly and once they started; the job was done in three days. The crew was very respectful and mindful of my family, my gardens, and my time. They roofed my house, rebuilt my front porch, and added flashing & gutters in record time. We had an old, stained tile roof on a 35 year old house with nice new houses going in around us. With the new roof, we blend in and with our premium roof look even better than the neighbors.

The guys were prompt, courteous, and very industrious. They got the tile roof stripped, bad wood replaced, new skylights installed, and new roof completed in 4 days. They had the tarps ready for the days that looked ify, and they made sure it was weather-ready over night.

They were recommended to us, and I would definitely recommend them to others.
